Your order may be eligible for a shipment charge based on the weight of the package and/or delivery location.

The shipping charge to your location can be calculated on every product page while including/excluding other items in your shopping cart.

The company may roll out FREE SHIPPING offers under special conditions on specific products. The details of the same will be displayed prominently across the site.

Customs duty on international shipments, if and when applicable, shall have to be borne by the customer only. Customs charges are not a part of the purchase and are not included in the product price. In a case of partial order cancellation, the applicable shipping charges will remain the same and shall not be refunded

Our customer care team monitors all orders after shipping them to ensure they reach our customers in time.

Our team makes every effort to deliver your orders in perfect condition. We thus take excellent care while packaging every order so that it can withstand the varied weather and humidity conditions. However, if you receive your order with tampered packaging we request you to take clear pictures of the package before opening it and share them along with the order details on cs@saree.com. We will try our best to resolve the issue, if possible.

Our order cycle is designed and monitored efficiently to deliver your shipment to your doorstep within the shortest time. However, your order may be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances, national/international crises, natural calamities, government restrictions, and/or other obstructions beyond our control.

The Dispatch Time – visible on the product page, refers to when we will dispatch an ordered product from our offices to your shipping address / destination.

Since Asopalav offers exclusive luxury wear, our designs are always available in limited numbers. However, if you wish to order an Out of Stock product, you can get in touch with our team, who will get back to you with the closest possible option. In case of customized orders our team will communicate the dispatch time to the customer during order placement.

The Delivery Time – once a product is dispatched from our end, it is handed over to our shipping agents, who ensure that it is delivered to the destination in time.
