Order Cancellation
Adding flexibility to your online shopping, Asopalav allows Order Cancellations under certain circumstances.
To cancel an order, you can raise a cancellation request on cs@saree.com. Kindly share the order number and reason for the email in its Subject Line.
Your order is eligible for cancellation Only under the following circumstances-
The cancellation request should be placed within two hours of placing the order and/or before your order processing begins.
An order once moved to the processing stage, CAN NOT be cancelled.
If you have cancelled an order within two hours of placing it or before it has been under process- you will be issued a refund within seven working days of the cancellation of the order.
Order once shipped from our warehouse CAN NOT be cancelled. For any issues with the merchandise delivered, you can raise a Return request.
If, due to unavoidable circumstances, or situations beyond our control, your order is not processed, cannot be procured, or is not shipped to you within a certain time, the order shall stand cancelled. In such cases the entire amount will be refunded to you; no liability shall be incurred by either side.
Returns Policy
We will share your personal information under any of the following situations:
Asopalav offers a customer-friendly Returns Policy on its luxury wear. With minimum questions asked during Returns, we aim to give you a pleasant experience each time you shop with us.
However, a considerable amount of logistical effort is spent on ensuring that a product reaches your doorstep. We sincerely urge you to confirm various aspects of a product and submit measurements with utmost care so that minimal Returns scenarios arise. Our customer care team is always prepared to guide you through the order processing and measurement processes.
For any reason, however, if you wish to raise a Returns Request, we shall process the request per the following policies.
Returns Window
You can raise a return request by sending an email to cs@saree.com – clearly stating your Order Number. Also mention the purpose of email and order number in the Subject Line of the Returns Email.
If you choose the cash on delivery option and need a return pick-up, a charge of Rs. 250/- will apply, and the refund process will be initiated after 35 days from the date of the return request. To raise a return request, intimate within 48 hours of receiving the order.
A customer can return a delivered product within 7 days of registering the return request with Asopalav.
Cost of Returns
Under a regular Returns situation, the customer would have to bear the Return Shipping Cost – of sending the product back to us.
The Shipping Charge levied on delivery will not be refunded against any order.
Exceptions to Returns:
Stitched Merchandise CAN NOT be Returned. This applies to both Custom and Standard Stitching. Returns are also NOT APPLICABLE on Made-to-Order outfit/s.
A Saree cannot be returned if its blouse or petticoat has been stitched.
A Lehenga Choli cannot be returned if its blouse/ choli or lehenga has been custom-stitched.
Restocking charges :
Restocking charges (as applicable) will have to be borne by the customer.

Refunds
A customer must return the delivered product to our Ahmedabad office to receive the Refund.
The Refund will be issued within seven days of receiving the product back – in good, unused condition. Only the product price, which the customer paid while purchasing the product, shall be refunded. Shipping charges paid by the customer during order placement and returns are excluded from the refund amount.
